AI@Work

Mit dem Projekt AI@WORK - EEI beteiligt sich das Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft (IW) an einer neuen europäischen Initiative zur erfolgreichen und verantwortungsvollen Integration von Künstlicher Intelligenz in die Arbeitswelt. 

Ziel des Projekts ist eine fundierte Analyse der Auswirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz auf Arbeitgeber und Beschäftigte. Die Initiative untersucht zentrale Chancen und Herausforderungen für Unternehmen und liefert wertvolle Erkenntnisse über den aktuellen Einsatz von KI – sowohl für Arbeitgeberverbände als auch für Gewerkschaften und politische Entscheidungsträger.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen KI-Systeme, die zur Unterstützung der Personalführung, zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sowie zur Bewältigung des Fachkräftemangels eingesetzt werden. Gemeinsam mit dem europäischen Arbeitgeberverband CEEMET, dem ifaa und dem neu gegründeten European Employers’ Institute (EEI) bringt das IW seine Expertise in die Projektarbeit ein.
